This Privacy Policy describes how Futuri (“the App”, “we”, “us”, “our”) handles information in the context of its integration with Meta’s WhatsApp Business API. By using the App, you agree to the practices described in this document.
Overview
Futuri integrates with the WhatsApp Business API provided by Meta Platforms, Inc. solely to enable automated business messaging through a bot. We collect only the user’s WhatsApp phone number, which is necessary to send responses. We do not collect, analyze, or share any other personal data.
1. Data We Collect
We collect only the minimum data necessary to operate the WhatsApp Business bot:

We do not collect usage analytics, device identifiers, advertising data, or any other personal information beyond what is listed above.
2. Use of WhatsApp Business API
The sole purpose of our Meta integration is to enable communication through the WhatsApp Business API. This integration is used exclusively to:
- Send and receive messages through WhatsApp Business channels as permitted by Meta’s platform policies.
All messaging data processed through the WhatsApp Business API is subject to Meta’s own Privacy Policy and WhatsApp’s Privacy Policy. We do not have access to, nor do we store, any message content or metadata processed by Meta’s infrastructure.
3. Third-Party Data Handling
We do not share any data with third parties. The only external platform our application interacts with is Meta Platforms, Inc. through the official WhatsApp Business API, solely for the messaging purpose described above.

4. Data Retention
We retain WhatsApp phone numbers only for as long as necessary to maintain the conversation context and deliver bot responses. Users may request deletion of their data at any time by contacting us at the email below.
5. Children’s Privacy
Our application is not directed at children under 13 years of age. Since we collect no data, we have no mechanism to identify or process information from minors.
6. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be communicated by updating the “Last Updated” date at the top of this document.
